Incredible rustic estate with private pool and garden in the beautiful town of Calvià, accommodating up to 6 people in three bedrooms. The house has all the appliances you may need for a fantastic holiday.
Outside the estate, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and orchards. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and relaxation area are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.
The place
This fantastic house is located in a small idyllic village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.
IMPORTANT: it is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a remote place.
Rules:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it does not have common areas.

Very clean and orderly lodging. The owner of house has always been available for any our question also previously to our arrival, The house is well furnished, in fact there is towels, sheets, toilet paper and all of this that it serves for using the see more

The owner of house has always been available for any our question also previously to our arrival, The house is well furnished, in fact there is towels, sheets, toilet paper and all of this that it serves for using the washer.The swimming pool is clean, every day arrives a man that cleans it. The position of the house is good if it has him a car, 10 minutes from Magaluf and 25 from Palma. There is however a small problem of ants that they often enter house. overall however the lodging is perfect for the one who wants to relax in the nature and at the same time to be next to the cities and to the beach.

However, also located very 'central' to go on excursionsclubbing. Overall: recommend The contact with the owner went very smooth, he went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

“My friends and I stayed here the last weekend of September and had a great time. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and has all amenities including a washing machine, iron, dish washer, hair drier etc. The pool area is large enough and hsee more
“My friends and I stayed here the last weekend of September and had a great time. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and has all amenities including a washing machine, iron, dish washer, hair drier etc. The pool area is large enough and has 6 sunbeds for everyone to sit on as well as two sets of outside tables and a BBQ that come in handy a few nights we were there. There is strong Wi-Fi that reaches the pool area and air con in the rooms although we didn’t use that much this time of year. Although it feels in the middle of nowhere you are only 14 Euros in a cab from the restaurants in Magaluf. Would definitely come back again if I get the chance.”
