We present you this modern and spacious villa with private swimming pool, several terraces and barbecue located in the residential area of Segur de Calafell, only 15 minutes walking from the beach.
This house is distributed in two levels. On the main floor there is a spacious and luxurious living-dining room with exit to the terrace of the main floor and views to the swimming pool. There is also a splendid fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area. A bedroom with two single trundle beds and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are the three remaining bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and private terrace with sea views, a bedroom with two single trundle beds, and finally a bedroom with a double sofa-bed. On this same floor there is also another large bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor there is the last bathroom with shower, as well as the washing machine and dryer.
The house has an outdoor parking space in the courtyard, but it is also possible to park for free in front of the villa.
The attraction of this villa is its large private swimming pool, which together with the covered outdoor terrace, makes it the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals at any time of the day.
Both the shops of Segur de Calafell and the beach are within a 15 minute walk from the villa.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
