- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €35 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- There are 2 cots available on request. The first one is free of charge and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night
- There are 2 high chairs available on request

The villa had an amazing view, a well equiped kitchen and spacious rooms. We had enough towels to use both on sumbeds that were provided on site but also ones to use after showering. The villa had a smart Tv with netflix and wireless of course. We hasee more

The villa had a smart Tv with netflix and wireless of course. We had a problem with the air-conditioning in one of the rooms, but it was quickly solved while we stayed there. We had a great stay at the villa and we would probably come back again.

The villa is the perfect house especially for a family with kids, teenagers and adults. We could enjoy the turquoise water with little depth for the kids to enjoy with parent's peace of mind. All commodities are nearby : supermarket, restaurants, barsee more

All commodities are nearby : supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. This region of Majorque is also one of the most beautifull with many visits & activities around (Pollenca village, Alcudia village, Aquapark, etc). Also any possible missing equipment in the house were replaced/brought immediately when we asked for it.
