Description
This semi-detached house in one of the best communities in Calafell is ideal for those travellers looking for peace and quiet during their summer holidays.
This community stands out for its great location, as it is only a 2 minute walk from the beach of Calafell. In addition, the community has two swimming pools surrounded by natural grass, which creates a very familiar and relaxing atmosphere.
On the main level we find the independent kitchen, a bathroom and a living-dining room with direct access to the private terrace of the house. In addition, this terrace has a barbecue and an outdoor table to enjoy outdoor meals, as well as direct access to the swimming pool.
On the upper floor we find the four bedrooms and the remaining bathroom.
If we go down to the basement, we can see a play area with a billiard table and the private parking space of the accommodation.
All in all, this townhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday with family or friends.

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
