Discover this cosy and completely refurbished flat, located just a few metres from the beach!
It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition to a living room, open kitchen and a furnished outdoor balcony to enjoy any outdoor meal.
The flat is located on the ground floor, so it has easy access from the street. Only the dining room has air conditioning, but thanks to the size of the flat this makes it more than enough to cool the whole flat and keep it at a pleasant temperature during the hottest days.
The location of the flat is excellent, as it is very close to all kinds of services. The train station is 400 metres away and it is practically not necessary to use a car.
Ideal for families or couples, this flat is the right one for those who want to spend a pleasant holiday on the Costa Daurada.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
