The fully equipped and spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. In addition, the building has a lift for easy access. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Located in front of the beach, it has easy access to the sand and the sea. In addition to the proximity to all amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
This flat does not have parking, but there is free parking in the whole area.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.

2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h. will have a supplement of €50.
